Hello crazydik,

I was encouraged to see the post you made regarding the potential for libel/slander in the statements made by Rosseau. I was hoping that there was a lawyer lurking (and I say this respectfully) amongst our membership. About a week ago, I made a post of a similar nature based upon some old experiences of mine from within a large company. At that time, we found that someone had misrepresented some facts in an application to a quasi-judicial body (which the securities commission is). We were able to have the application overturned in a regular courtroom as a result. I have wondered how valid my comments might be in our situation here with Noront.

Your post gives me some encouragement that this is a real possibility here. I suspect that Noront is considering this one as they will have been brainstorming with their lawyers on the statements made by Rosseau. If not, they should be.
