If you mean what you say about trusting RN et al, then let them make the decision for a new CEO. I don't want anybody who could be considered as having less than 100% interest in the interests of we retail shareholders, appointed/parachuted into RN's shoes. Tainted candidates need not apply!!!!!!!!
