Helium, that is amazing. Just a thought; Do you think writing a letter of protest indicating that in the event that these shares would have had an impact on the outcome that the vote could be disqualified? There is no reason that any shareholder of record should be denied the opportunity to vote IMHO

It may be a really good legal point.
