I think the other board your speaking of is Aurelian Resources (ARU) Corndog. They have already been burned badly by a management team hand picked by a Hedge Fund that scammed them out of their just reward (about a 30 to 50 dollar SP) and instead the hand picked board (hand picked by the Hedge Fund , Rousseau I believe it was) sold the company for a song, around 5.00, to pick up a quick profit.

They were sold to Kinross Gold (who by the way Pinetree owns a large number of shares). It was a terrible scam and gave little to those long term investors who were waiting for the big reward like we are now.

Its a premonition of what can happen to us if we change management by letting Rousseau win this vote.

Its extremely important everyone, no matter how many shares you hold (100 - 1 million and more) vote either by proxy at the link above, by phone or deliver it in person. The online method seems to be the easiest.
