Here is managment's response to your questions:

1. Does Russo Asset manager own any shares of FWR, and if so how many ?

RESPONSE: Yes, management believes in excess of 4000000 shares

2. Has management considered a Shareholders rights plan in the event of an unsolicited takeover bid ? " In light of the current market conditions we are prey to be plucked up at a laughable few cents per share"

Russo has cited one of the reasons they don't want the current board is because they have not focused enouth on there core asset, aso that they have squandered valuable time and money on other properties.

RESPONSE: Yes see proxy for 2008, Freewest focused on McFaulds

3. RE above: Will management give thought to stepping up there current drill program at McFaulds by adding another drill and decreasing the amount of activity and resources they are at this time elsewhere.

Our current Management has stated that the McFaulds properties could contain a "World Class" resource of possibly 100m tons of Chromite. This I believe could be true however, watching the activity of your insiders selling while many of us are struggling to buy shares of your company to keep it afloat is not a good practice, also it does not promote good investor relations or for that matter entice new buyers. "In fact it serves as a red flag"

RESPONSE: In January will 2 drills or more . One for nickel and one or more for chromite

4. Re above will management consider a 1 year freeze on selling the stock "except in a dire need" ? as it could help promote FWR.

RESPONSE: No, this has not been considered.

5. When is the JV anomaly with NOT scheduled for drilling.

RESPONSE: In January after deep geophysics is completed.

6. Will Management be good enough to give thought to all of the above and reply with any other info they would like to add.

RESPONSE: Expect a NR with update next week
