FG888, according to several posters here, Noront have a call center contacting shareholders since shortly after the proxy was announced. This would appear to be both reactive and proactive at the same time. I don't know what the legalities are for lobbying when confronted with this situation but I really can't see RN taking this lying down. He appears to be a very wealthy man so money is not his prime objective. At his age he wants a legacy, so don't underestimate his prowess as a lawyer, as a businessman, as a developer and as president of our and his company.
