Call your Broker again, and ask for their Documents Dept. Tell them you have not rec'd your proxy materials (which by law they must send to you if the certificates are in your name) and tell them you will close your account if they don't get your Confirmation No. immediately (while you are on the phone).

It worked for me ,pronto!
