Frenchman, your worries are over, when NOT wins. Rosseau, Pinetree, Sprott, etc., are in business to make money, NOT to seek revenge.

They cannot afford to continue to short this stock, especially with news releases coming out to drive up the share price. Certainly, they wouldn't want to get caught out, with shorts burned, especially after losing a half million on the unsuccessful proxy, not to mention a possible exit of clients form their own companies.

Nope, they'll ride it up and continue to accumulate and get into a desired position again, for the major they could be possibly working for.

You might see some shorting initially, but it won't last, They won't want to lose any money, covering shorts and will make more profit from riding it up, selling, riding it up, selling.....that's the part that nobody minds, as long as it keeps going up.

Anyways, that's the strato-take on it. Use your best judgement, but any way you slice it, the current NOT board is the better bet.
