Just business? I keep wondering and slamming my head why people like Rousseau would only take $4 or something like this.

Why on earth would they sell out to a major at $4 if they could have gotten far more in the end?

I understand if you want someone on the board to have more influence and to develope Noront to his best but again why sell out?

If you do not sell out and get $40,- (random figure no basis) you would have far more money in the bank to keep on doing what you are good at in the future.

Anyway I hope the story unfolds positive for Noront but my feelings are not good at the moment.
