Let's put it this way......I'm going to assume that Rosseau is acting as the head of a big python. The head may draw your attention, but it's the rest of the snake that represents the true danger, if it can wrap around you.

I believe that Rosseau is itself a proxy for a major, the body of the python. It doesn't matter which major. The *other* majors know it isn't them. Do you think they're going to just shrug? It's a legal axiom: Time is of the essence. Nothing is more important than timing.

BBB got all excited because Richard didn't have an immediate press release about strategy. He's got three weeks, dude.

Noront was absolutely and completely aware of the hostile takeover attempt, ahead of time. Noront execs were in Europe last week. We wondered why. And why now. I think that question will soon be fully answered.
