Fixing the Number of Directors

The articles of the Company provide for a minimum of One (1) & a maximum of Ten (10) . The board of the Co. presently consists of seven (7) directors. By just this it seems the Rousseau Group were NOT willing to accept maybe adding 3 Directors as a solution. But is proposing Seven (7) individuals as directors at the meeting. Rousseau & its officiers Plus EMPLOYEES collectively own or control a total 11,912.901 common shares. approximately 9.2 per cent. Don*t be fooled this is WAR & every single Vote will count. They are trying to take our company from us for their own PROFIT. They don*t care about any of us, we are just little fish who will be used as bait. We know what they have been doing to the price of our shares, taking it down to make some weak hands sell in these Tough times, only for their GREED. Time to vote for Richard & Team & show these Hedge Funds we are Mad as Hell & Won*t Take it any More. Together we will WIN*** Long & Strong
