Your absolutely right. Thats what I've been saying during the online vote. I voted last night. I think everyone here (at least 260) of us know we need to vote at www.proxyvote.com to get our proxy vote counted.

This is just in case management does change and they close up the Agoracom account on us. May or may not happen..but why leave anything to chance.
