VOTING -- To AVOID Confusion

If you DO NOT SUBMITT your vote you have NOT voted. If you don't specify a proxy OR attend yourself your shares CANNOT and WILL NOT BE VOTED BY ANYONE.

If you want to make your shares count you MUST vote them either online, by phone, by mail or in person. The details are specified on the Voting Instruction Form included in the AGM package you would have received.

So if you want your vote to count take the 30 seconds to go online to www.proxyvote.com, enter your control number for EACH AGM package you received and make your voting choice. If you have mutiple accounts (your RRSP, your wifes RRSP, a trading account etc) holding NOT shares you will have received an AGM package for each account with a separate voting form and control number for each. Make sure you vote all your control numbers.
