My source told me Noront has a lot more to worry about than Rousseau. I have been informed this is a concerted attack by several funds to take control of Noront. Pinetree has teamed up with them as the owner, Sheldon Intewash has wanted Richard out for the last 6 months. Genuity is on board too a few other big funds to boot. The word is they have a high percentage of votes and think they will succeed.

The odds are not good. All efforts need to be continually focused on informing every shareholder you know of and any shareholder they know of about how serious this situation really is and to vote accordingly. Take nothing for granted.
