If Rosseau gains control of the Board of Directors we as retail investors are going to be brutalized.
Rosseau will immediately take over the Board of Directors.
Rosseau will replace RN and several key personnel with their people.
Rosseau will do a large Private Placement to the companies that support their bid for control. These shares will be sold at today's market value with full warrant at the same price to ENSURE that they have control of the company and to 'put themselves in the money' on their shares.
They will issue large options to their directors as compensation for their support.
Then they will sell the company for a premium to the 30 day average ($1.30?? 1.40?).
The end result is that they will make 30% or 40%.
You as retail investor will be out of the picture! If your average price was below the takeover bid you would make some money but lose multiples of potential. If like most of us your average price is above the $1.x mark you get an investment loss.
So unless you are prepared to accept a $1.40 or so for your shares VOTE your proxy to RN.
A VOTE for RN will keep NOT alive and give us a chance to ride the stock up when the market turns around and as discoveries are made.
A vote for Rosseau means that NOT will be taken over in the next couple of months under the prevailing market conditions. Rosseau et al is NOT going to make you money as a retail investor!!!!!
Rosseau et all will give themselves enough shares/warrants/options to guarentee that they make money.
