Please don't wait for it.. It's easy to telephone your vote in.

1) Call your broker and tell them you have not received your voting materials package and ask them to give you over the phone your CONFIRMATION NO.

2)Call the official voting tally company at 1-800-474-7493

3)You will be asked to punch in your CONFIRMATION NO. (or Numbers if you have more than one account).
