I notice people on the west coast are the ones with delays receiving their AGM packages. I'd attribute that all to Canada Post, and the 3-4 days it takes for a truck to get out there. Bulk mail like this goes by truck. Bulk mail to the States or overseas goes only when there's room left in a truck or plane, after all the first class mail is loaded. Lord knows when there will be space for another skid/pallet. It can go out as fast as first class, or take weeks.

If you can get your control number from your broker, then that bypasses the problem altogether.
