Their use of the term "wasted" is quite a strong one. Not only does it show, as you pointed out, that they have no understanding of the original terms of the December 2006 private placement (which included hard and flow thru shares), but also no understanding of the value of Windfall given the $300 increase in the price of Gold since that private placement. I guess they consider this a waste as it went to build a camp, obtain permits, employee drillers and first nations workers, and build a ramp as opposed to using it to line the pockets directly at Rosseau.

The only waste here is the piece of yellow piece of proxy that Rousseau plans on sending out to shareholders. That and the air that these hedge funds are consuming.
