But I still don't understand how you drew a conclusion that he's gonna drump NOT for a quick profit. Apparently most of his shares were bought at $1.50~$7. I don't know if it's his fund that drove sp down, but other than he threatening the current board, I can't think of other reasons why he does this. He has no profit to sell at this level.
