well I own significant amounts of each but i can see this working and letting each company focus on what they can be good at.

They can have NSR on each to make sure that things are somwhat equal.

For sure it appears that there is some sort of deal in the works, the absense of windfall in the presentation on the noront site and the lack of empahisis on windfall in the annual report tells me somethings afoot.

I'm okay if that all transpires as I think they are both winners in thier own right and I fully believe that they require a fully committed team behind them. Right now both sompanies are tying to manage too many properties that require thier full focus.
