Frankly, the spinoff strategy should draw applause, not ire. Given the choice of of being able to raise substantial capital liquidity quickly if needed to maximize value of ROF, or trying to hold onto everything at the cost of major dilution, how could anyone feel that making WF at least liquid should not be reflex at this point. We have a major geopolitical storm as well as a Western economic meltdown to mire through on our way to the ROF multi billion value. Short term, something has to be dispensible or the next share issue will be priced at a tiny fraction of underlying value. Even as a contingency plan, I can't imagine RN won't create a serarate liquidity envelope using WF.
