The rock surrounding the metallic ore has a density of about 2.5 tonnes/cubic metre. High quality chromite ore is between 4.5 and 5.

So, virtually double your calculation of value from that 100m cube.

There is a graph in the 43-101 of chromium assays.....virtually all of them are over 40% Cr2O3, some even over 50%. Astounding grades.
