There has been much discussion about the expected appearance of the 43-101 today. The talk has been about the effect of the NR on the SP. My in-experience will show through here...but, does the filing of the 43-101 with SEDAR constitute a NR/PR? When it was first announced that the 43-101 came out it was very difficult to find and there was very little information!

Normally, a NR would be a general broadcast but that diddn't happen this time...even Agoracom has yet to put the NR report out officially. So, the question is whether or not a NR has been issued officially?
