Actually, 45 days takes us to August 18. Somewhere along the line, some posters got the impression that Eagle2/Blackbird1 were somehow involved in this deadline, but that's not the case. The July 4th NR mentioned a 43-101 for Eagle 1, and Noront has until August 18 to publish the complete document.....which I should add, *may* have substantially more data than what had been released on July 4.
