Good work, IF they can get transportation there for 100 million then it is feasible. I know you have done a lot of DD, but my feeling is that the costs will be much higher. Remember that James Bay Lowlands is the world 3rd largest wetlands area, with lots of muskeg, ponds, rivers, etc, there is not a lot of solid ground. I wonder in your search if you found anyone with that kind of expertise.

Other upfront costs in addition road/rail include mine development, tailings dam, primary crushing-grinding facility, concentrator(fine grinding,milling, floatation, possibly magnetic separation, dewatering), water treatment facilities, storage and handling. You also need to electric power facilities. Plus you need to develop a small 'town' site. This will for sure add up to billion plus easily
