Hawk Disposes of Gila County, Arizona Uranium Claims
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 29, 2008) - Hawk Uranium Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HUI)(FRANKFURT:HPM) ("Hawk") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Rodina Minerals to dispose of Hawk's 100% interest in and to 69 claims in Gila County, Arizona in consideration for 125,000 treasury common shares of Rodinia Minerals Inc. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
In commenting on the disposition Mr. White, President of Hawk said "the transaction will allow Hawk to focus its energies on its MMS, Uranium and Precious Metals projects in Ontario and Saskatchewan."
