is that whatever value there is in the ROF, if it turns out to be all that the biggest optimist on this board thinks it is, or it's as disappointing as the biggest naysayer on this board thinks it is, that value, or lack thereof, will almost certainly be discovered. There are so many companies now involved in the search, I can't believe they'll leave any stone untested.
So we've either got tons and tons of high grade stuff, and the ability to extract it at a price which yields a profit, or we don't. But it will be known, one of these days. Sure, it'd be nice to know now, or sooner rather than later, but bit by bit, we'll know.
In the meantime, the stock gyrates based on the usual stuff, greed, fear, and the actions of traders (if you believe the longs, they haven't sold a share, and only added shares as the price decreases).
There are so many theories being propounded on this board - and so much interest in NOT and the ROF, as evidenced by all the posts. All that interest translates into great volatility.
These past few days of down prices, the volume's not telling us people are running for the exits. But think of all the day trader types that bought some shares on speculation of the warrant holders exericising, then on further spec that an NR would come soon thereafter, or that BMK hit, as reported. After a while, people like that sell and move onto the next rumored story in a company that may make apple juice, for goodness sakes!
And all the comments about the lawyers.... you know what, if the lawyers were riding herd on this ROF and NOT stuff like some think, do you think for a second they'd let Richard talk on the phone with investors and assure them that everything is going to be fine? Nemis should just set up a voice mail greeting with Bobby McFerrins, "Don't Worry, Be Happy." I'm sure his securities counsel would love that!
