I think you may be overly concerned about a premature (insufficient) offer from a major. The interests held by the V/C guys from the pp's etc motivate them to maximize what they have and they are mineral exploration finance professionals. Nobody is going to "steal" our prize and the holdings of these experts, who are also tough entrepreneurs will assure that. It is kind of like having a big brother, who on the one hand may want your toys, but on the other hand will not let the bully down the street take them from the family. Give a little, get a lot of protection, and relax while the value grows. Good luck and take a more relaxed view as things play out. !!
