Any news for DE would not cause the other companies to remain halted would it? As soon as the information associated with MGR // FWR // NOT was ready and issued those 2 would get unhalted. If there was more information for NOT to send out in an NR that would cause NOT to remain halted. What benefit to MGR would it be to remain halted for DE info? FWR would benefit but that would be it. Just my opinion.... hope I am wrong the more NR the better for us all.
