Information on Stockhouse from chadio says, "Shareholders who wish to dissent must send a copy of the dissent letter to the Reorganization Department on or before September 1, 2011 in order for the shares to be withdrawn from the depositary…"

My understanding is that we can vote NO and dissent – please correct me if I am wrong. Therefore, I would like to do both. Please, please someone post the instruction to properly dissent. I don't want to do it wrong and somehow have my NO vote not count.
