Please see short Level II above. I don't know what is going on. Happy to see the price go up, but without news I am skeptical that it may be short-lived.

I don't know where all the shares for sale are coming from. I would have thought that everyone who wanted to get out at this price was already out, but I guess I have a lot to learn....as you can tell from my recent losses - lol.

I found the ISS website (I think) and through their "contact us" emailed them a couple of questions about the news release. Specifically, I asked them for a copy of their published report that the quote was from, and then asked how they found no governance issues with a combined company that was going to be run from the British Virgin Islands with a single shareholder having >50% of the shares. I asked them for a prompt reply. I am not holding my breath, but will let you know what I hear.

More than anything, I am intrigued also about the disclaimer on the new release that approval from ISS was not sought or given. I am wondering if ISS even currently knows about the release, and if not, I am hoping my email starts some questions from their end.

I bet DM was a bit surprised that the short notification for the CC allowed shareholders any time to develop questions, much less ones so articulate!
