If and when it becomes apparent that NO will win the day, Finskiy will have already quietly left the building, sold off all or most of his holdings at best available prices and will be flogging White elephant (sorry Tiger) in some other play. As to the current CMM board, they will mostly see themselves out, I'm sure. Senior mgmt., minimal severances as dictated by contract and/or law starting with the guy at the top. Just my opionion and personal preference of course. Would need to ensure corporate continuance, so qualified successors need to be identified earlier than later. I am confident that some of our larger instu. investors will step up to provide interim leadership as required.
