Koetjeboe.......you have exposed a hidden dilemma that I've had concerning the on-going acceptability of Max Finskiy and/or Daniel Majors/CMM Management.
I also do agree with your analysis..... hence my dilemma. I'm struggling, not so much, with what was done - but how it was done - how it was "engineered". HOW DARE THEY !
If this Merger had been handled and proposed in a win/win manner with total transparency..... we'd have been chomping at the bit to approve it. Instead, an attempt was made by CMM Management to demoralize us, drive us to the sell orders , whereafter Daniel Major and CMM Management could claim bragging rights to their masters.
Right now for me .... Daniel Major and CMM Management are "persona non grata".
Max Finskiy ? ...... he could still turn this around and retain it as a part of his masterplan by undoing the wrongs and offering a win-win proposal to ALL SHAREHOLDERS.
