in response to Fredericton's message

Fredericton, I very much agree with you regarding the credibility of CMM management, but when it comes to Max Finskiy, I am not so sure. Though quite rightfully you mention that money is his only driver, we really are no different in the sense that we're CMM shareholders because we think we can make money when investing in CMM.

Sure Finskiy is a Slick Rick. He buys a 30% participation in a company and then I am sure he got his friends to buy some more in order to help him. Then the timing of press release which may or may not have been influenced by Finskiy. To me, he is just a clever business man. Who knows - maybe he honestly believes that a merger will create a bigger and more succesful company.

I would not mind at all having shares in a company led by Finskiy, but I really don't want to have shares in a company under current CMM management. if this deal does not go ahead, we should make it our target to get rid of current management, in my opinion.
