Has anyone done further research to determine what happened in these transactions?

Are these shares still in his name?

Can he vote these shares?

Has he exercised the warrants?

This smells of a move to get these shares into hands that can be voted in the second vote among "minority shareholders"....or something even more sinister.

This will be important information as we approach the vote.
