Hi Jim,

I tried a number of different ways to try and find out anything about these transactions and was unsuccessful.

Some other posters on the other sites ended up the same, nothing.

If they were given as gifts or transferred to another entity, I would guess they could be voted. However not 100% sure.

As well Mr Scola did the same thing with 6,150,000 shares.
