You know guys...Jeff told me personally on the phone a couple of months ago that filing an S1 was a bad idea and they were going another (better) direstion because filing the S! would take months of going back and forth with SEC....Then about two weeks after that conversation with him the company does an about face.

My opinion is you are being way too pateint with this company. Why are they on the greys anyway?
