Swing - I agree debt and dilution or a combination is most likely, but isn't there a 3rd option whereby MNKD raises partner funding by selling the marketing rights? Of course such a partner agreement is just as dilutive as selling stock since you give up a share of revenue stream and that comes right off the bottom line.
