Al's choice of words for his "pop" statement is subjective and would be hard to capitalize on in a class action suit. What does pop mean? It is subjective and one could argue it could means the stock price goes down as in letting the air out of a balloon suddenly.
I for one am encouraged by the shelf since it removes the hammer a potential partner has knowing the company is in dire need of funding. Now management can dilute up to the number of authorized shares to raise money. There were 2 choices as I saw it- dilution or more debt. One or both might be necessary to get Afrezza to the finish line.
I am of the belief Technosphere potential is huge. The problem is the trail needs to be blazed. What better means than a brand new blockbuster drug to give millions of patients experience with the technology?
