That, the board i expect will do which will then cause much dilution as the board sells as many of the newly created 300 shares they produce from unlimited reserve shares the board can create. That is where the dilution will come from and that is where the share price will suffer. The existing 1 shares can also be changed into a 300 share BUT the board will also be able to create an unlimited amount of NEW 300 shares, that is what most do not seem to care about.
