Read the proxy. it says the yes vote will allow a new class of 300 share to be created and sold in unlimited amounts. Also the one shares can be gathered and sold in 300 shares. If the vote is yes. If the vote is no then the board would have to create more one shares to sell But they would probably not be able to sell as many that would create much less dilution. With all the possible announcements close by the one share may rise dramatically without the diluting 300 share being able to sell causing dilution and a LOWER share price.
