You're not missing anything. I was asking these questions last summer and have still not been able to determine where Canada Chrome receives it's funding from. As a subsidiary of KWG, one would assume funding comes from them, but how much has CC spent up to this point?? Maybe millions... maybe not. I believe there was a statement in the last PP announcement that part of that $10 million to be raised would be going to fund the rail study.

"The proceeds of the FT Offering will be used for eligible flow-through exploration expenses to be incurred in further assessment of the Big Daddy chromite deposit in the Ring of Fire, as well as data accumulation for railroad engineering studies, and will be renounced for the 2010 taxation year."
