Good comment, but who is paying the bills?

CLF owns 19.9%, but appears to call the shots.

KWG - CCC has contracted the study and may subsequently contract the construction of a rail link to the RoF. (We could end up owning a railroad!)

I can't see where KWG - CCC has the money to pay for either.

Will CLF advance or loan the funds? Secured by ?? Is a huge placement in the works?

What am I missing?
