I am glad that you are recognizing and commenting on the lack of information that ISM provides its shareholders. Maybe if other ISM supporters join you in bringing this to the notice of the company, an effort will be made to improve shareholder communications. Improvement in shareholder relations would benefit the company and the shareholders. Another area that in my opinion indicates a lack of respect to shareholders rights to information is the delay in holding the Annual General Meeting. Listings requirements are that these meetings be held within six months of the year end, by March 31. There seemed to be no reason for the delay last year and there has been no mention of the reason for missing the deadline by over four months this year. I think the shareholders deserve more respect that an announcement of yet another late AGM, with no explanation for the delay.
