Golden Minerals Company

Two thoughts I want to bring up to the board.... 1) What good is a direct offering going for $4 million do for the company? What is the burn rate and timeframe before this runs out?

2) Who and what is Sentient and what is/ was there intention of investing in Golden Minerals?

I have a general distrust of investment firms based in the Cayman Islands especially when considering how many are tied to major banking interests and or soveriegns for the purposes of nefarious actions that avoid US or Candian based laws.

That being said I am a huge believer in the next leg of this pm bull market. I am also a believer in the properties that Golden Minerals has in their portfolio. My concern is how they get from here to there with the lack of working capital it will take to began operations again profitably.
