I have held a moderate amount of [6K shares] SLW in Roth IRA since $6...rose to $20 in early 2008, then dropped from $16 to $3 into that late 2008 black hole...scared me shixless!...BUT I addded to every PM stock I owned in Q1 2009. ...was still totally convinced we would see 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, and ultimately 2016 gold and silver successive new highs.
There actually was a mini G&S kick into the COMEX close after gold made a double bottom at $1491 exactly 10 hours after the first one. Silver made a lower lower to $33.35, but HUI and GDXJ held the Armstrong lows of 6/15 when G&S were much higher, so all in all, we should be good to go soon....at least for 3 to 5 days.
It is the action of PM stocks relative to most everything else that is encouraging, and I feel marks a most significant sentiment change at the Armstrong ECM in mid June....in the face of 12% lower oil and a strong USD.
