The $US took off on the Fed statement which changed nothing from previous month.....so bye-bye to the $6 gold gain and $.30 silver gain......gold now slightly red for the day but silver still somewhat holding in the green. With 2.5 hours remaining in afternoon gold session, perhaps we will see some recovery, but the HUI is flat even with the DOW still up 100.......told you something didnt smell right.

Were the "boyz" were waiting to hit gold and pump the $US on the Fed-speak at 1:15 EDT, regardless of news tone? NAW...not in this era of free markets! ...NO CIGAR TODAY.....pic
