I wonder is you realize just how close you could be to the truth. Not that I have insight if it fell on top of me, but consider the possibility that it may not be from Canada but through Canada.

Canadian exchanges are poorly regulated so If I were in the States, wanted to pull some strings, had access to Canadian exchanges as readily as those in the States, which jurisdiction would you want to order your manipulative schemes from?
