Silver just popped $.27 up in FOUR minutes.....to within $.03 of its day's high!

So, silver goes from $14.13 [spot high] to $13.67 [a $.46 drop], then back up to $14.10. The concern now is whether this marks the end of a half day retrace...OR a quick failure test of this morning's high. The former is very bullish; the latter bearish....

We will soon know, but silver could well be violently and spastically trying to break out to $16 area.........pic
