Falcon Oil and Gas Ltd.

The only slight concern I have is with the statement below in quotes - that has been repeated now a couple of times. This statement seems to indicate that a number of companies are still in discussions over the farm out. Shouldn't the discussions be over by now with all the tire kickers out of the equation - if they hope to have a deal completed before the end of June?? I would have hoped that they were well past the discussion stage and that the lawyers were fully engaged and battling with each other over every little point!
